Whilst we take great care in producing your proofs, you are responsible for ensuring that the proof is exactly as you want it. Any changes required to the design or the wording must be noted on the proof, signed and returned. We print from your signed proof and any subsequent corrections, not marked on the proof, may have to be charged accordingly.
All stationery, artwork and designs are the copyright of Libra Designs.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to use any material (eg. poems) you ask us to include in your stationery and in particular you indemnify Libra Designs against any action brought against it for breach of a third party's copyright. In particular, this may apply to the hymns in your Order of Service (your church may already have permission to use these).
All stationery is handmade and therefore small variations may occur.
Each delivery of your order will be invoiced separately and payment will be due within 7 days if paying by cheque or will be charged to your card on despatch if paying by credit/debit card. The deposit will be deducted from the final invoice.
Shipment will be via an overnight courier or similar. If you would prefer to collect the order please let us know. Return of stationery will not be accepted after delivery.
Cancellation of order will be subject to any costs incurred.
Payment of the deposit will be taken as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The prices shown are inclusive of UK taxes, where applicable, at the current rate but any changes in the rate will be passed on accordingly.
